• Contact & booking information: name, phone number, email address, service address, and job details submitted through our estimate and booking forms.
• Contractor application information: name, email, phone, vehicle details, payout method, government ID, insurance, vehicle registration, and W-9 tax documents submitted through the Contractor Portal.
• Payment information: processed securely by Stripe; we do not store full credit card numbers on our own servers.
• Communications: messages, calls, and texts you send us, and records of automated emails/texts we send you regarding estimates, scheduling, and job updates.

2. How We Use Your Information

• To provide estimates, schedule jobs, and dispatch contractors.
• To process payments through Stripe.
• To communicate with you about your job, appointment reminders, and account activity.
• To review and approve contractor applications and required compliance documents.
• To improve our Services, respond to inquiries, and maintain the security of our platform.

3. SMS & Email Communications

By submitting your phone number through our website or contractor portal, you consent to receive transactional and, where applicable, marketing text messages and emails from JunkHive Pros related to your estimate, booking, job status, or contractor account. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.

You can opt out of text messages at any time by replying STOP to any message, and request help by replying HELP. We do not sell or share your mobile phone number or SMS opt-in data with third parties for their own marketing purposes.

4. How We Share Information

We do not sell your personal information. We share information only with service providers who help us operate our business, including:

• Stripe — payment processing.
• Supabase — secure database and document storage for the contractor portal.
• GoHighLevel / LeadConnector — customer relationship management, appointment scheduling, and automated email/SMS communications.
• Contractors, solely to the extent needed to complete a job you've booked (e.g., your name, address, and job details).
• Law enforcement or regulators, only when required by law.

5. Data Retention

We retain customer and contractor information for as long as needed to provide our Services, comply with tax and legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements.

6. Your Choices & Rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information by emailing junkhivepros@gmail.com. Contractors can update most profile information directly in the Contractor Portal.

Our Services are not directed to individuals under 18, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
