These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of junkhivepros.com and the services offered by JunkHive Pros, operated by Everstone Systems LLC ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"). By requesting an estimate, booking a service, or using our contractor portal, you agree to these Terms.
JunkHive Pros connects customers seeking junk removal and related services with independent contractors who perform the work. We facilitate scheduling, communication, and payment, but the on-site service is performed by independent contractors, not Company employees.
Estimates provided through our website or by phone are based on the information you provide and are subject to change if the actual scope of work differs on-site (e.g., additional volume, access difficulties, or hazardous materials). Final pricing will be confirmed with you before work begins.
Payments are processed securely through Stripe. By providing payment information, you authorize us to charge the agreed amount for services rendered. All sales are final except as otherwise required by law or agreed to in writing by JunkHive Pros.
You may cancel or reschedule an appointment by contacting us at (210) 978-6160 or junkhivepros@gmail.com. We ask for as much notice as possible so we can reassign contractor availability.
You agree to provide safe, reasonable access to the items to be removed and to disclose any hazardous, illegal, or specially regulated materials in advance. JunkHive Pros reserves the right to decline removal of items that pose a safety or legal risk.
Contractors who perform services through JunkHive Pros are independent contractors, not employees or agents of the Company, and operate under a separate Independent Contractor Agreement available in the Contractor Portal. The Company is not liable for the independent business decisions of its contractors beyond what is set out in that Agreement.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, JunkHive Pros and Everstone Systems LLC shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of our Services. Our total liability for any claim relating to a job shall not exceed the amount paid for that job.
By providing your phone number or email address, you consent to receive transactional and service-related communications from us regarding your estimate, booking, or contractor account, as described in our Privacy Policy. Reply STOP to opt out of text messages at any time.
All content on junkhivepros.com, including text, graphics, logos, and the JunkHive Pros name, is the property of Everstone Systems LLC and may not be used without our prior written consent.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Bexar County, Texas.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of our Services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
